6 Days Service Guaranteed Warranty:
Our 6 days Service Guaranteed Warranty Policy will cover you for the incident below with no charge:
- If your gel polish is chipping or peeling. We could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or condition.
- If your new set of extension nails are chipped, lifted, or broken. We will repair it to achieve your satisfaction.
- Any other issue, please send us a text message with photos immediately when the incident happen, this way we can ensure that we can fix it for you.
Our 6 DAY service warranty is to help you as being a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.
This warranty will be honored within the first 6 DAYS of getting your nails done and it MUST be reported WITH PHOTOS within 12 hours.

This warranty will not apply to self inflicted accidents on nails (bumping the door and breaking, opening a can, etc.). Warranty does not apply to refills and regular polishes.
Nail Art Designs
- Please understand we cannot recreate the design 100% exactly to the picture.
- Once the designs are finished, you are required to inspect and approve before leaving the salon.
- Please send designs via text prior to your appointment to ensure that there is a technician that can attempt the design.
- Please mention that you want a design when making your appointment to ensure we have someone that can do the design and that you have enough time for your design.
Please note all artworks are time-consuming and that you are paying for the time invested and design products used.
There will be no refund once services are rendered.
