We hold reservations for 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation. Any cancellation or no-show fees via online booking will be charged. 


We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
